At Bring Photos Alive, we stand behind our service and want you to be completely satisfied with your AI-generated videos. This refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
Bring Photos Alive offers a service to transform static photos into animated videos. Customers purchase credits on a per-video or bundle basis to generate these animations. All purchases are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for any unused video credits.
Once you upload a photo and the animation process begins, we incur significant, non-recoverable computational costs for GPU server time to generate your video. For this reason, once a video credit has been used, that portion of your purchase becomes non-refundable.
While we cannot offer refunds after a video has been processed, we are committed to delivering a quality result. If you are not satisfied with your video, please contact us. We may offer, at our discretion:
Some photos may not be suitable for animation due to factors like extremely low resolution, severe damage, complex backgrounds, or content that violates our terms. If our system determines that your photo cannot be processed before the animation begins, we will not use your credit and will notify you.
To request a refund or cancel an unused order within the 14-day period, please email our support team.
All payments and refunds are handled securely through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processing partner. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
