Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bring Photos Alive, we stand behind our service and want you to be completely satisfied with your AI-generated videos. This refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Service & Purchase Details

Bring Photos Alive offers a service to transform static photos into animated videos. Customers purchase credits on a per-video or bundle basis to generate these animations. All purchases are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for any unused video credits.

  • Full Refunds (14-Day Cooling-Off Period): You are eligible for a full refund on your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, provided you have not used any of your purchased video generation credits.
  • Partial Refunds for Bundles: If you purchase a bundle and use some, but not all, of the credits, you may request a refund for the remaining, unused credits within 14 days of your purchase. The refund will be the pro-rata value of the unused credits.
  • After 14 Days: All purchases are considered final 14 days after the transaction date and are no longer eligible for a refund. Your unused video credits will remain in your account with no expiration date.

Why Refunds Are Limited After Use

Once you upload a photo and the animation process begins, we incur significant, non-recoverable computational costs for GPU server time to generate your video. For this reason, once a video credit has been used, that portion of your purchase becomes non-refundable.

3. Quality and Photo Compatibility

Quality Issues

While we cannot offer refunds after a video has been processed, we are committed to delivering a quality result. If you are not satisfied with your video, please contact us. We may offer, at our discretion:

  • Reprocessing the video with different settings.
  • Providing tips for better photo preparation for a future attempt.
  • A store credit for a future video generation.
  • An exceptional case-by-case review.

Photo Compatibility

Some photos may not be suitable for animation due to factors like extremely low resolution, severe damage, complex backgrounds, or content that violates our terms. If our system determines that your photo cannot be processed before the animation begins, we will not use your credit and will notify you.

4. Refund & Cancellation Process

To request a refund or cancel an unused order within the 14-day period, please email our support team.

  • Email the email address used for your purchase.
  • Include your order details or receipt if possible.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are handled securely through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processing partner. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
